It is the highest decision-making body of VCO to be formed with the founding members. BOT is collectively responsible of all of three projects/programmes and may assign the responsibilities to one or more trustee members. There is a President and Vice President. The Vice President role will be done by each member in a rotational basis. Thus, all the founding members will head BOT in rotation. BOT will formulate policies, formalities and operational requirements from time to time. There will be no Proxies. The Trustee can’t delegate his/her tasks.
